Ahoi Consumer Terms of Service

Ahoi provides technology and marketplace infrastructure only. Ahoi:

• •Does not own, operate, crew, inspect, insure, or manage vessels
• •Does not provide maritime, financial, or investment advice
• •Is not a party to agreements between users

All charters, usage rights, and experiences are provided by third-party owners or operators.

You must:

• •Be at least 18 years old
• •Have legal capacity to contract
• •Comply with applicable laws and safety rules

Certain features may require identity verification or additional eligibility checks.

NFTs and digital passes may grant:

• •Time-limited or usage-based access to vessels or experiences
• •Membership or loyalty benefits
• •Governance participation

NFTs:

• •Represent contractual access rights only
• •Do not convey vessel ownership or control
• •May be subject to cancellation or expiration

• •Payments may be made via supported cryptocurrencies or fiat processors
• •Blockchain transactions are generally final and non-refundable
• •Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on operator policies

Platform and blockchain fees are non-refundable.

You agree to:

• •Follow all safety instructions
• •Comply with captain and operator rules
• •Avoid illegal or unsafe activities

You are responsible for your conduct and any damage caused.

Marine activities and blockchain systems involve inherent risks, including injury, loss, or technical failure. You voluntarily assume all such risks.

The Consumer Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” Ahoi makes no warranties regarding vessel condition, safety, availability, or outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• •Ahoi is not liable for personal injury, death, or property damage
• •Ahoi is not liable for actions of owners, operators, or other users

Ahoi’s liability is limited to fees paid by you to Ahoi in the prior 12 months.

These Consumer Terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware. Class actions are waived.
